Researchers at the University of Australia have surveyed and monitored nearly 350,000 coffee drinkers for a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

For example, it can reduce the risk of a heart attack. However, coffee is only good for the body to a certain extent. Because then the caffeine can have a negative effect on the heart.
You can drink that much coffee
The experts recommend not to exceed the amount of five cups per day. Indeed, research has shown that study participants who drank more than five cups of coffee a day were up to 22 percent more likely to experience heart health problems.
