You can make it with loin or chops, according to your preference. The result is more than delicious.
You need:
8 pork chops (or their equivalent in tenderloin)
Salt of garlic and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of honey + 1 tablespoon
½ glass of white wine or cider
The preparation is the simplest of the three recipes, they are only a few steps:
1-Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
2 – Remove excess fat from chops or tenderloin and salt pepper.
3-Heat the oil in a pan, melt the butter and fry the meat for a few minutes
4-Pass everything to a refractory container, add honey , cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
5-Sprinkle with the remaining honey spoonful, cover and continue cooking 10 minutes more.
6- Pour the wine or cider and cook without covering 10 additional minutes.
7-Once the meat is ready, use the resulting liquid to pour over the slices or chops.
8-Serve with sautéed vegetables or boiled potatoes.
