1 whole chicken (1.75 kg or similar weight)
2 lemons
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the Italian seasoning, salt, mustard powder, garlic salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Reservation. Rinse and dry the chicken well. Remove the viscera. Place the chicken in a refractory.
Squeeze the juice of 2 lemons in a small bowl and mix with the olive oil and spices. Rub the chicken (inside and out) with this mixture.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until well cooked. Bathe several times with their own juices.
