Most Popular Car In USA
10TH PLACE – HUMMER H1

Here comes the freedom.
You know from the news. Used for all kinds of democratization anywhere in the world. Incidentally, the direct competitor in the tender was the Lamborghini LM002 . Every European who knows the story of Hummer will be glad that Lamborghini has not been awarded the contract.
9TH PLACE – CADILLAC COUPE DEVILLE
A caddy from the golden years.
Bombastic volume model of the Cadillac brand. When the brand is sung in songs, then this car is always meant. Nothing says “1950s, baby!” As a caddy.
8TH PLACE – SHELBY COBRA
Shelby Cobra – first a Brit, then an American.
The Cobra started as a British car with American engine. But when Carrol Shelby brought the car to the States and completely revised it was more than a car. It became a beast. One that represents the sport benchmark to this day, but that could not be done by everyone. Carrol Shelby rules.
7TH PLACE – PONTIAC GTO
DeLorean’s masterpiece, the Pontiac GTO. Because the DMC was not.
Speaking of big names: John Z. DeLorean. At that time he was simply thinking ahead of a model generation. As the Musclecar’s match raged, he devised his own path – the Pontiac GTO. At that time a technical sensation. Even though the car never got the glory of a Chevrolet Camaro or Ford Mustang.
6TH PLACE – LUNAR ROVING VEHICLE (LRV)
“Hooray, we are on the moon. We need a car there. ”
” Why? ”
” Because we can. ”
” OK. Here’s a billion dollars. ”
Granted, I do not know how much the lunar car cost, or whether the conference sounded that way, but everybody knows the Apollo 15 LRV.
5TH PLACE – FORD MUSTANG
The 1960s are the Mustang’s decade here: 1964.
The highlight of the Mustang series was the 1960s. The brand and the name, the proportions and the image still live today, half a century later. And that although the car is an anachronism. Everyone loves this car in some way.
4TH PLACE – JEEP WRANGLER
The Wrangler Unlimited is currently the most modern version of the classic.
Not the Jeep Wrangler in particular was called here, but what became of him. The most American brand ever. From today’s perspective, the very first Wrangler is not a very great car. Note: No car can be particularly great if it has holes in the ground through which to drain the water that runs in somewhere else. But the whole brand and its heritage are based on the Wrangler. Only the new Cherokee not.
Here check most expensive JEEP WRANGLER.
3RD PLACE – FORD MODEL T
Only third place for Henry Ford’s masterpiece. Why? Because the story has her leeches in the form of misunderstandings attached to the car. It should be noted that Henry Ford has invented neither the car nor the assembly line work – you would be surprised how many people believe this country. His big hit was the fair pay. His workers received four times more money than other factory workers. This allowed craftsmen to afford cars. That many factory owners do not want to remember is logical.
2ND PLACE – FORD F150
For decades, the best-selling car in the US. Embosses the streetscape like no other model.
1ST PLACE – CHEVROLET CORVETTE
The winner. American is not.
Our supercar. Our Italian Basher and Porsche Crusher. And now for 60 years (largely unchanged, as evil tongues claim).
I left the Crown Victoria, the Camaro and the brand Lincoln unrecognized. The Crown Victoria, because I believe that only autoaffine tourists and chauffeurs know. The Camaro because he lost the fight against the Mustang on points. Lincoln does not show up here because Ford is well represented in the list and Cadillac serves as the mouthpiece for the overdriven pigskin years.
