Preparation

- Finely chop the garlic and stir in the olive oil.
- Add the salted tomatoes and stir in the Provence herbs.

- Spread the pizza bread thinly with the tomatoes and drizzle with the garlic oil.
- Bake at 300 degrees on the grill on the pizza stone for about three minutes. Or bake in the oven at the highest setting (about 250 degrees) for about 10 minutes.
