THE INGREDIENTS
2 cups broccoli, in flowers
1 pack of penne pasta
3 tablespoons Margarine Numar with Garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 chicken and cut into steaks
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 cup of sweet cream
1 cup of milk
1 and ΒΌ cups of mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
THE PREPARATION
1. Cook the broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Cook the pasta al dente.
3. Cook each chicken fillet with the Numar Margarine and the tablespoon of olive oil.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
6. Add the chopped garlic to the pan and cook with the chicken juice.
7. Add the cup of sweet cream.
8. Add the cheese and mix until melted.
9. Reduce the heat to medium-low and gradually add the milk.
10. Cook and mix constantly until a creamy sauce is obtained.
11. Add the pasta and broccoli.
12. Add the chicken pieces and go!
