Ingredients

250 grams of penne pasta
150 grams of chopped bacon
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup sliced ​​dry tomato
1 1/4 cups of milk cream
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 butter spoons
1 handful of chopped fresh basil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

Cook the pasta until it is al dente.
Meanwhile, fry the bacon on medium heat until they begin to crack and add the tomatoes. Drain the excess fat and add the garlic, cook for a minute until it is fragrant. Next, add the butter and stir until melted. Next, add the cream of milk, the parmesan cheese and sprinkle with the basil. Taste, salt and pepper to taste, stir and let simmer.
Once the sauce has thickened (8-10 minutes) pour the pasta and stir.
