Healthy cooking has long ceased to be boring and tasteless. In my case, I always look for options with fewer calories but just as rich in sweet material, as with these delicious wholemeal Pancakes, where it is enough to replace some ingredients in the mix so that you can enjoy these sugary stuffed pieces without guilt. Ingredients (5 servings)
-1 cup of wholemeal flour
-1 tablespoon of oats
-2 eggs
-200 cubic centimeters (cc) of milk
-2 tablespoons of oil
-1 pinch of salt
Preparation
In a bowl mix eggs, milk and oil, beat. Incorporate the flour, oats and salt. Stir until well integrated and obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Heat a skillet with 1 tablespoon oil until it is heated up to maximum temperature. Pour a ladle of dough, make sure the dough is thin and well spread. Cook over low heat until bubbles appear on the top, and the inside is golden brown.
Turn the pancake over and let it cook for 30 seconds. Remove and transfer to a plate. Repeat the operation until the dough is finished. You can fill these whole pancakes with fruit, honey, yogurt or some marmalade. You can bathe the pancakes with honey or sprinkle with sugar flower.
