Johnny Depp challenges his ex Amber Heard: He defends himself against being accused of beating them – and presents new evidence

They have been divorced since January 2017, but their war on roses has no end.

Johnny Depp: He defends himself against the allegations of his ex

In a libel lawsuit against the British daily newspaper “The Sun”, which Johnny Depp , 55, had described as a “women’s bat”, the actor is now also acting against his ex-wife Amber Heard, 32. In court documents that GALA was able to see, Depp cites various eyewitnesses, such as police officers and security guards. They assure that they have not found any signs of physical altercation in May 2016 – neither in Amber Heard’s face nor in their shared apartment. The actress had then dialed the emergency call, claiming that Depp had attacked and injured her with a glass and his phone.

Amber Heard has to declare himself in court

In addition, Depp now accuses his ex of actively trying to launch negative headlines about him in the press. However, the agreement reached by the two when they divorced two years ago provides for allegations of domestic violence to be dropped once and for all. “If Mrs Heard wants to refrain from this, she should explain her allegations in court so that we can get rid of them,” said Depp in the court papers. Now it’s Amber’s turn.
