In the spring of 2019, smaller care measures will be taking effect on various BMW models . Mostly it is about new customization options and M-Sport packages.
To make the models the year 2019 even more attractive, BMW has added as usual in many details. New design features, body paintwork and alloy wheels underline the sporty appearance of the BMW 2 Series Coupé and Convertible, the BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo and the models in the BMW 4 Series. The equipment program for the 5 Series models is complemented by a BMW Individual composition with M Sport circumferences. With the X1 and X2, even more gasoline variants now carry an Otto particle filter, and the new BMW X2 M35i is launched in spring 2019 .
New X2 top model
Its two-liter four-cylinder turbo petrol engine brings 306 hp and 450 Nm of torque at the start and is connected with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The features also include an M sports brake system and an M sports differential. Prices for the new X2 top model have not yet been mentioned. The models X1 xDrive20i, X2 xDrive20i and X1 xDrive25i will be available from March with an Otto particle filter for exhaust gas purification.
Also from March there are changes in the 2 Series Coupé and Convertible and the 3 Series GT . The 2 Series get as standard darkened taillights. 17 or 18-inch light-alloy wheels in bicolour design are optionally available in the Sport Line. The M240i models can be ordered with 18-inch mixed tires. In addition, the six-cylinder Long Beach Blue metallic as a special color and carbon fiber silk matt are available as a new application version.
For all model variants of the 2 Series Coupé and the 2 Series Convertible, a black kidney frame will be available in future in conjunction with the Sport Line model and the M Sport model. New to the range of options for the interior is also the leather upholstery Dakota with exclusive seam.
Also in the BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo, the dark rear lights from March 2019 to the standard equipment. Adaptive LED headlamps can also be ordered with black inserts. M Sport versions receive kidney, exhaust tailpipe trim and optional high-gloss exterior mirror caps. In addition, as a new option to have 18- and 19-inch M-rims and a finish in mineral white metallic.
More M for the 4 Series
BMW upgrades the 4 Series models with new exterior colors, new 18- and 19-inch M wheels as well as new applications and leather colors. The M variants also get darkened taillights. Brand new for the 4 Series models from March, the trim level M Sport Individual. The offers among other things a blue special paint, a M-aerodynamics package, Individual high-gloss Shadow Line, 19-Zoll-Leichtmetallräder, the variable sport steering as well as with rear wheel drive an M sport suspension. The interior is enhanced by leather, piano lacquer applications, a sports steering wheel and a black headliner.
BMW offers more individual options from March for the 5 Series. These include, but are not limited to, 20-inch rims, special finishes, expanded leather strapping and other M options. More leather and more paint options will be available from March for the 8 Series and the X5 Series.
