Move Your Legs And Tone It

Make your legs parallel to the ground until your quads are tightened. Remain in this position for few seconds and then bring your legs back to ground slowly. Repeat this exercise immediately. However putting one foot over the opposite ankle will add the weight while straightening the leg.

Stretching And Tapping All It Takes

Do not sit still. Keep your body moving. Tap your foot. Shake your arms by tapping the pen on desk. Stretch out your neck side to side and up & down. Stretch your fingers and hands. Move your shoulders and sit up straight.
