Recipe of Baked Avocado

Ingredients

1 organic Hass avocado, cut in half, boneless
2 organic eggs from rural hooks
1/2 teaspoon of organic Mexican seasoning or equal parts of cumin powder, garlic powder, oregano and chili powder
1/2 cup organic cheddar cheese, grated
Organic sauce
Fine sea salt and organic black pepper to taste

Process

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Place the halves of the avocado in a baking dish and stabilize it with a little aluminum if necessary. Split an egg into each half of the avocado. You can scoop out some avocado meat if you need more space for the egg.
Season with a little salt and pepper. Sprinkle ΒΌ teaspoon of Mexican seasoning in each avocado half with egg. Cover each half with the grated cheese and place the container inside the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Take the container out of the oven, add salsa to each half of avocado with egg and enjoy!
