Potatoes have multiple benefits and properties for the body, are rich in vitamin C, potassium and fiber. It helps control hypertension and blood sugar levels, and is also useful for increasing defenses and energy.
1. Potatoes stuffed with egg
To make this recipe, first roast the whole potatoes and skin in the oven (30-40 min) and let them cool.
Then cut the top of the potato and empty it with a spoon, leaving a thin layer of potato against the skin. Brush the inside of the potato with melted butter or olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper .
