10 Minute Garlic and honey shrimp

Shrimp in all their presentations are always liked by many. Try them with this sauce that will surprise you with its sweet and salty combination.

Ingredients:

450g of shrimp, without skin and without tail
For the sauce:
1 teaspoon garlic, ground
1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
4 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Preparation of garlic and honey shrimp:

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and divide it in half.
Marinade the shrimp for 15-30 minutes with the first half. Discard it
Divide the shrimp into two groups and sauté until golden brown on both sides.
Using a pair of tongs, spread the shrimp in the caramelized sauce that remains at the bottom of the pan

Serve them in plates and bathe them with the remaining sauce.
