The woman at the grill pizza bread - just bake yourself

Who does not know, the pizza bread? As an antipasto in every pizzeria very popular. What few know: You can make this bread yourself at home anytime – for the next Italian evening, when the friends come. Also as a snack, before the main course is served. And the recipe is very simple.

The trick with pizza bread dough

Here I recommend to add a little sugar. I took that from a family recipe and swear by it. In my experience, the pizza or the pizza bread is then a little crispy.

The pizza stone as a useful accessory

Who prepares the pizza bread on the grill, will not get around it. Because putting the pizza dough directly on the grill does not make much sense. He would slip or stick. In the oven, the pizza bread also works on the tin. But the pizza stone, properly heated, gives off massive heat to the dough. So that this is also crispy from below. And with such a pizza stone you can simulate the pizza oven at the Italian already a bit. Also works in the oven.

The pizza server

Because I can roll out the pizza dough nice on a little flour on my work surface and occupy, then with the pizza server (dust with flour!) Drive underneath and transport the pizza bread or pizza out on the grill or place in the oven , Even when removing from the grill or from the oven, the pizza server is a cheap and useful Küchenutensil.
