How to prepare Ham and Swiss Cheese Sandwich
To make a delicious sandwich of ham and Swiss cheese, the first thing to do is put over medium heat a large frying pan or an iron.

Next we spread a teaspoon of mustard in a slice. We extend it well over its entire surface. Then we put on the mustard a slice of Swiss cheese and on top some slices of ham.

Optionally, we can also place a slice of tomato on top of the york ham and two onion slices, so that the sandwich is juicier. We closed the set with another slice of Swiss cheese and then placed the slice of bread. We repeat the process with the remaining slices of bread.

When the pan or griddle is heated, place the sandwiches and brown for about four or five minutes. Ideally, the bread should be lightly toasted and the cheese melted. We serve and serve immediately, before they cool down. Exquisite!
