Recipe of Grilled vegetables with balsamic reduction

Ingredients
[1 squash in thick slices, 1 eggplant in thick slices, 15 small asparagus, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 cup of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar]

Instructions of the Food Recipe
1. Mix the vegetables with the olive oil and oregano in a bowl. Salt pepper.
