Recipe of Chicken Broth Rich in Minerals

Bone broth is a powerful and nutritious food easily digested, heals the intestinal lining and has a high content of valuable nutrients that promote healing. Ingredients

Bones, neck and legs (if possible) of organic chickens
2 shallots or small onions
1 head of garlic
1 bunch mixed of fresh organic herbs
1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
1 or 2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons of Dr. Mercola’s Himalayan salt or celtica
4 liters of filtered water

Additional nutritional ingredients

1 bunch of fresh organic herbs (you can combine cilantro and parsley , rosemary and oregano , or basil and mint, or you could use them all together).

Process

Place all the ingredients to make the broth in a large pot and let them sit for an hour.
Cook over very low heat for 8 to 12 hours.
Let it cool.
Separate the meat from the bones (if they have) to use later, and strain the broth.
Wash the herbs thoroughly.
Heat a portion of broth to the desired temperature. Do not let it boil (140 ° F maximum).
Additional nutritional ingredients

Put the desired portion of broth together with a handful of herbs in the blender and blend until smooth.
Strain the broth in a fine mesh strainer.
Consume it immediately without overheating.
