RECIPE OF BITTERSWEET CHICKEN

Enjoy the family with this rich and economical bittersweet chicken recipe

Ingredients
1 teaspoon salt *
1 medium pineapple cut into squares *
1 cup of water *
1 cup of tomato sauce *
250 grams of finely chopped celery
300 grams of paprika in julienne *
300 grams of julienne carrot *
4 tablespoons of butter *
8 spoons of brown sugar *
8 thighs or against chicken thighs *

Preparation

Step 1: in a nonstick skillet saute the chicken thighs in the butter for 5 minutes, in order to seal the pores.

Step 2: In a saucepan, set the pineapple, celery, carrot, paprika, tomato sauce, sugar, salt and water on a high heat. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Incorporate the chicken into this mixture. Cover the pot and leave it to cook at low temperature for 35 minutes.

Step 4: serve the chicken with steamed potatoes and enjoy the family with this rich and inexpensive recipe.
