Mel B writes about an older image that shows the musician’s heart and well-defined abdominal muscles: “Work-outs and eating right make a big difference if you want to get it right, even if that means you’re at 4:30 get up to exercise. ” But getting up early is totally worth it, the 43-year-old continues. “It’s progressing slowly, I’m not that far removed from this picture that Troy Jensen made of me a few years ago, THAT is my inspiration, I haha,” Mel B continues.

For comeback tour of the ” Spice Girls ” so far six shows have been announced – but only in the UK. The kick-off is on 1 June 2019 in Manchester. Other concerts will be held in Coventry (3 June), Sunderland (6 June), Edinburgh (8 June) and Bristol (10 June). The grand finale will be on June 15 in London at the legendary Wembley Stadium. However, only four girls will go on tour: founding member Victoria Beckham will not return to the stage (44) with Melanie B, Emma Bunton (42), Melanie Chisholm (45) and Geri Horner (46).
