Bobby Shmurda, who has been behind bars since December 2014 and denied bail several times, could be released from jail this week according to new details unveiled by TMZ.
American rapper, Bobby Shmurda might be free at the time of Christmas. He was arrested by police a year in against and involvement in Gang related activities.
In this last year judge decide the bail figure but for the most part the NY rapper and his team have been unable to come up with the cash or collateral.
In addition, Shmurda’s attorneys have put together a 200-page document listing every single penny of their bond package.
